Height Converter: Fast and Easy Conversions

What Happens Behind the Scenes

Pick a starting unit and the tool calculates the other three at once. Enter 180 in centimeters and you'll see: 1.80 meters, 5.91 feet, and 70.87 inches — the last two coming from dividing by 30.48 and 2.54, the same standard factors used elsewhere on this site.

Rounding Behavior

All results are rounded to two decimal places. That's precise enough for everyday height figures, but it means very small inputs can round down to 0.00 in the feet or meters column — that's a display-precision limit, not an error.

A Limitation Worth Knowing

This tool takes one numeric value in one unit at a time — it doesn't parse a combined feet-and-inches entry like "5'11"". If you know your height as 5 feet 11 inches, convert 5 feet to centimeters (152.4 cm), convert 11 inches to centimeters (27.94 cm), and add them together (180.34 cm) before using this converter for anything further.
